How long does it take for an order to be processed?
- Ready to ship items are processed within 1 business day from receipt of your order
- Digital downloads and crochet patterns are processed immediately
- Upon receipt of a custom order I will email you to provide you with an estimate of completion time
Free local pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from Hamilton. If you are able to pick up in Hamilton then once your order is complete I will email you to confirm where and when you can pick up
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders of ready to ship items that total $100 or more ship free within Canada
If your order is eligible for free shipping, it should apply automatically at checkout
International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Small But Kinda Mighty is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I track my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Crocheted items purchased online are either ready to ship and sold as-is, or made to order. Both are therefore final sale. If you are unhappy with an item you received from Small But Kinda Mighty please email [email protected] so we can discuss.
All digital downloads (including crochet patterns and educational materials) and gift cards are non-returnable.
If you book one-on-one crochet time with me then your payment will be refunded, provided you cancel your lesson at least 24 hours in advance.
